James Latham plc (“the Company”)
TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
In accordance with the transitional provisions of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:
The Company’s issued share capital comprises 20,160,000 ordinary shares of 25p each and 987,000 8% cumulative preference shares of £1 each which carry no voting rights. 140,000 of the ordinary shares are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights is, therefore, 20,020,000.
This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculating whether or not they are required to notify any interests or changes in interests in the Company, as required by the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
