The UK’s leading timber and panel products distributor, James Latham, is pleased to announce that it is now stocking third party certified Movingui.

The West African hardwood timber is moderately durable and is suitable for a wide range of applications. It has a similar usage to Iroko, and is particularly popular in exterior joinery, but can also be used for interior joinery, furniture making, boat building, flooring and decking.

Movingui varies in colour from yellow to orangey brown, and it is moderately resistant to termites and dries with very little degrade. It has been accredited by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), meaning that the forest of origin has been independently inspected and evaluated according to environmental, social and economic criteria agreed by the FSC.
