The solid surface material of the future, LG HI-MACS® has been specified by prestigious motor yacht builders Westwood Marine for aspects of the interior fit-outs on some of their models.
Westwood Marine is a dedicated cabin cruiser designer and builder and prefers to involve individual customers in the interior specification so that essentially each yacht is bespoke.
LG HI-MACS® is an ideal material for many aspects of this having properties that make it ideal for the marine and wet environments. This seamless, stain resistant and impervious surface can be joined and formed so that no restrictions are placed on designers and the performance of the material in use is long lasting, pretty much permanent.
LG HI-MACS® is a natural acrylic stone made from a blend of 75% natural minerals and pigments set in an acrylic matrix. The range of colours and effects is extensive ranging from solid tones to quartz, granite, sand and pearl effects as well as the exciting all-new Volcanics collection.

LG HI-MACS® is also an ideal material for many other aspects of marine architecture, including in the shower and 'heads' areas as well as for exterior furnishings and functional features.
