Currently in its 252nd year, timber and panel products distributor, James Latham, is set to celebrate its 1st Scottish site birthday in style - and wants you to join in the fun!
Based at Eurocentral in Lanarkshire, the 40,000 ft2 distribution centre will transform into an impressive event venue for the afternoon of 18 June 2009.
The company has arranged a number of helicopter flights for its daring guests, which will fly from Eurocentral and around the surrounding area. Twenty suppliers will be present to show off their products and services, food and drink will be provided, and a number of exciting demonstrations will take place throughout the day.
This is the perfect opportunity for local companies to come along and find out more about what James Latham can offer - as well as networking with members of related industries.
David Landsburgh, who heads up the operation commented, "This past year has flown by for the team and me, and we’re looking forward to showing everyone how far we’ve come in such a short space of time. The timber industry is strong in Scotland so it was a great decision to open a branch here in Lanarkshire. We’re ideally situated just off the M8 which gives us great access to the key areas in Scotland, and will hopefully mean that we’ll welcome lots of guests to join in our celebrations on June 18."
