A number of James Latham core staff have taken a step up the company ladder after being promoted recently.
 
Former site director at James Latham Dudley, Andy Craig, has become site director at the timber and panel distributor’s Wigston depot, taking on full responsibility for all sales and operations.
 
As Andy moves to Wigston, Richard Mundye has been promoted from panel products manager to site manager at Dudley, while sales representative Adrian Lander takes on the role of timber manager for the depot.
 
Steve Robinson, meanwhile, has become an LG HI-MACS® product manager, which sees him undertaking a group role for the company’s popular solid surface product, assisting sites with product training and sales and using his specialist knowledge of the product and its specifications.  He will also have a pivotal role in relevant exhibitions, fabricator training programmes and presentations.
 
Andy, Richard, Adrian and Steve will all report to Lathams group panel products and board director, Chris Sutton. 
   
As Chris comments, “Promoting these people is not only a testament to all the hard work and dedication that each of them has shown, but also to the company’s commitment in training and developing its staff, helping to progress the careers of individuals that work within Lathams.”
